Neil has worked in manufacturing, finance and engineering during his entire career.

Projects, assignments and roles Neil has performed are many and varied but include:

• MD and FD of Bradley Doublelock Limited - included acquistion of a competitor business, MBO and successful sale of business.
• Wide ranging business systems consultancy project at O&H Vehicle Conversions (200+ employees).
• Working with management to create a business plan for re-financing.
• International project roles involving significant new capital expenditure and long term pricing with automotive customers.
• Supply chain development including implementation of a new warehousing system on site at Jaguar Land Rover.
• Took over financial management of a business close to administration and secured sufficient time with existing financiers to find a private equity buyer and successfully get the business through the due diligence and legal process.
• Financial investigation into a client's significant customer to understand realistic prospects of payment.
• Development of many business plans for a variety of purposes.
• Internal and external audits whilst training and qualifying with one of the "Big Four" (PwC)
• Many many other ad hoc projects.
